History

In 1948, a gentleman by the name of Hayward Baker started a company bearing his name as a modest construction company in California. In 1972, his son Wallace Hayward Baker began his leadership of the company with the creative vision of making it a premier specialty contractor. Today, Hayward Baker Inc. is the leading geotechnical construction contractor in North America. In 1984, Hayward Baker was acquired by the Keller Group plc.

The Keller Group is a worldwide specialty contractor, renowned for providing innovative and cost-effective solutions. The two companies' shared vision of quality, efficiency, and innovation resulted in world-wide synergy to excel in the field of geotechnical construction.
